Below are the conditions of our Exchange Policy. Please note that all or any returns of our products may only be done as an exchange only. All or any EXCHANGES and EXCHANGE APPLICATIONS are subject to the below conditions:
All customers intending to make an exchange must firstly send an email to email@example.com with a reason for exchange, images supporting the application and your contact detail.
Exchange applications must be made within seven (7) days of purchase. After seven (7) days, products will not qualify for an exchange.
All exchange applications must be approved by BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS prior to any actions by the customers. Any products sent by the customer without prior exchange approval by BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS will not be accepted.
Exchanges may only be allowed for products purchased and not the packaging. BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS will not be held liable for any damages caused to the products or packaging by an external party, courier service or during the delivery route.
All products submitted or intended for exchange by the customer will be thoroughly inspected by BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS before any action is taken.
BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS reserves the rights accept or reject any exchange applications.
Shipping & Handling Fees for Exchanges
Shipping and handling fees incurred when returning products for exchange are borne by the customer. BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS will NOT be liable until products for exchange arrives at the stipulated exchange address.
Please allow estimation of 5-6 working day for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
BOLD INSTINCT EQUIPMENTS will not be liable for any damages, lost parcels or delays once we have shipped an exchanged product to the customer.
No refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.
